Frothy Cappuccino Punch Recipe

Ingredients
  • ground cinnamon .
  • 1 quart chocolate ice cream .
  • 3 (12 fluid oz) cans evaporated milk, chilled divided .
  • 1 c granulated sugar, divided .
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract .
  • semisweet chocolate, baking bars made into curls .
  • 1 gallon strong coffee, freshly brewed double strength, chilled

Directions
  • Step #1 Pour coffee into large punch bowl.
  • Step #2 Combine 2 1/4 c evaporated milk, 1/2 c sugar & vanilla extract in mixer; mix until frothy.
  • Step #3 Add milk mixture to coffee.
  • Step #4 Repeat with remaining evaporated milk & remaining sugar.
  • Step #5 Add scoops of ice cream to punch & top this with chocolate curls.
  • Step #6 Ladle punch into c; sprinkle with cinnamon.
