Green Curry Paste Recipe

Ingredients

1 bunch fresh coriander leaves, & stems sliced .
5 cm gingerroot, sliced .
3 tsps ground coriander .
6 large green chilies, sliced .
2 tsps ground cumin .
2 stalks lemongrass, sliced .
2 garlic cloves, sliced .
1 onion, sliced .
1 tbsp vegetable oil .
1 tsp turmeric

Directions

Step #1 Place all ingredients in a mixer & mix until smooth, adding a little bit of water to help mix.
Step #2 Transfer to a clean airtight jar & store this in the fridge for up to 2 months.
