Step #2 In same saucepan, ADD milk & flour & WHISK until smooth; heat to BOIL stirring all the time to make sure does not stick.
Step #3 ADD mustard & black pepper.
Step #4 Once at a boil, allow to simmer about 3 mins til thickened slightly.
Step #5 ADD cheese stirring until total melted.
Step #6 ADD pasta back into saucepan; stir until well coated.
Step #7 ENJOY!
