Step #1 Chill glasses in freezer.
Step #2 Combine chilled nectar & seltzer in pitcher & mix well, place back in refrigerator until ready to use.
Step #3 Remove the glasses from freezer, just before serving.
Step #4 Rim the glasses with peach nectar, don't worry if it runs down into the glass.
Step #5 Dip the glass in sugar, to evenly coat rim of glass.
Step #6 You could use coloured sugar, yellow, orange or pink, for this garnish.
Step #7 Pour the peach & orange bellini mixture into the glasses & garnish with a small orange wedge.
Step #8 Serve as soon as possible.
