  • 1 (10 oz) can rotel .
  • 1 (16 oz) package Velveeta pepper jack cheese, cubed .
  • 1 onion, sliced .
  • 1 lb hot pork sausage .
  • 1 (4 oz) can sliced green chilies .
  • 1 (3 7/8 oz) can sliced black olives

Directions
  • Step #1 Brown sausage & onion together & drain.
  • Step #2 Combine all ingredients in a crock pot.
  • Step #3 Cook on low.
