Sundried Tomato And Olive Quiche Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 eggs .
  • 1 c cheese .
  • 2 sheets shortcrust pastry .
  • 3/4 c sun-dried tomatoes, roughly sliced .
  • 1/2 c sliced black olives .
  • fresh cracked black pepper .
  • 2 c cream

Directions
  • Step #1 preheat moderate oven.
  • Step #2 Line greased pie dish with shortcrust pastry, ensuring the sides are covered also.
  • Step #3 Bake in oven for 10 mins, meanwhile whisk together cream & eggs in a jug.
  • Step #4 Spice up to taste with black pepper.
  • Step #5 Remove pastry from oven, cover bottom of pastry with olives & sundried tomatoes.
  • Step #6 Pour cream mixture over tomatoes & olives.
  • Step #7 Sprinkle top grated cheese over top, bake for 30 mins or more.
  • Step #8 Check regularly by putting a knife into centre of quiche.
  • Step #9 When knife comes out clean, quiche is baked.
