Dijon Thyme Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

1 c dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 tbsp minced fresh thyme
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 small onion, sliced
1/2 c butter or margarine, melted
3 tbsps Dijon mustard

Directions

Step #1 In a bowl, mustard, mix the butter, garlic, onion, thyme & pepper flakes.
Step #2 Dip chicken in butter mixture, then coat with bread crumbs.
Step #3 Place in a greased 11-in.
Step #4 x 7-in.
Step #5 x 2-in.
Step #6 baking dish.
Step #7 Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 30-35 mins or until chicken juices run clear.
