Dijon Thyme Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 c dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh thyme
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1/2 c butter or margarine, melted
  • 3 tbsps Dijon mustard

Directions
  • Step #1 In a bowl, mustard, mix the butter, garlic, onion, thyme & pepper flakes.
  • Step #2 Dip chicken in butter mixture, then coat with bread crumbs.
  • Step #3 Place in a greased 11-in.
  • Step #4 x 7-in.
  • Step #5 x 2-in.
  • Step #6 baking dish.
  • Step #7 Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 30-35 mins or until chicken juices run clear.
