Chocolate Peanut Butter Mousse Pie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (6 oz) prepared Oreo cookie pie crusts .
  • 12 oz neufchatel cheese, at about room temp .
  • 1 (16 oz) container frozen fat-free whipped topping, thawed .
  • 3/4 c sugar or Splenda sugar substitute .
  • 1 1/2 c reduced-fat creamy peanut butter .
  • 1/2 c chocolate fudge sauce

Directions
  • Step #1 At medium-high speed beat cream cheese,peanut butter & sugar until light & fluffy,(about 4 mins.
  • Step #2 ).
  • Step #3 Stir in one c of whipped topping, then fold in another two c of whipped topping until mixd.
  • Step #4 Spread peanut butter filling into crust;spread with fudge sauce.
  • Step #5 Cover up;put in the fridge overnight or at least eight hrs.
  • Step #6 Uncover & spread with remaining whipped topping.
