Rose Water Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

2/3 c shortening .
1/4 tsp salt .
4 tsps rose water .
2 c all-purpose flour .
2 eggs .
3/4 tsp baking powder .
3/4 c sugar

Directions

Step #1 Sift the dry ingredients together into a mixing bowl.
Step #2 Add the shortening, eggs, & rose water & mix well.
Step #3 Roll the dough out very thinly on a flat surface & cut with a floured cookie cutter.
Step #4 Place the cookies on a greased cookie sheet & bake in a 400F oven for 8 to 10 mins.
