Chicken Teriyaki Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp gingerroot, pared & minced .
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil .
  • 1/4 c low-sodium teriyaki sauce .
  • 4 garlic cloves, pressed .
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts (4 chicken breasts)

Directions
  • Step #1 Place chicken in nonstick baking pan.
  • Step #2 In 1-c glass measure, mix remaining ingredients; pour over chicken.
  • Step #3 Cover up & put in the fridge at least 1 hr.
  • Step #4 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Step #5 Uncover chicken; bake 15 mins; turn & bake 10 to 15 mins longer, until cooked through.
