Cream Cheese Swirled Brownies Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp baking powder .
  • 1/4 c French vanilla flavored coffee creamer (International Delight french vanilla) .
  • 250 g reduced-fat cream cheese .
  • 1 1/2 tbsps artificial vanilla flavoring .
  • 4 eggs .
  • 1-1 1/2 c cocoa powder, plus more .
  • 1/4 tsp salt .
  • cocoa powder, to taste .
  • 1 c flour .
  • 1 1/2 c white sugar .
  • 3/4 c brown sugar .
  • 1 egg yolk .
  • 1 tbsp sweet unsalted butter .
  • 1/2-3/4 c sugar .
  • 1 c sweet unsalted butter, plus .
  • 1 egg

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step #2 Melt butter.
  • Step #3 Cream sugars & butter.
  • Step #4 Add cocoa powder, stir this to mix.
  • Step #5 You may add up 2 tbs more cocoa powder for a chocolatier taste.
  • Step #6 Add International Delight, stir this to mix.
  • Step #7 Add eggs & egg yolk, along with artifical vanilla.
  • Step #8 Combine well, until mixture is emulsified.
  • Step #9 Sift together flour, baking soda, & salt.
  • Step #10 Add to batter & carefully mix.
  • Step #11 Beat together the second measurement of sugar & the cream cheese.
  • Step #12 Add the egg, beat together.
  • Step #13 Grease a 9x13 baking pan.
  • Step #14 Pour chocolate batter into pan.
  • Step #15 Pour cream cheese mixture slowly over batter.
  • Step #16 Swirl using a knife or spoon.
  • Step #17 Bake at 350 for 45 - 55 mins.
