Bacon Stuffed Eggs Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2-3 tbsps mayonnaise .
  • 1/2 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened .
  • 1/4 tsp pepper .
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce .
  • 2 tsps prepared horseradish .
  • 4 slices bacon, slices cooked & crumbled .
  • 6 large eggs

Directions
  • Step #1 Place eggs in large saucepan or Dutch oven.
  • Step #2 Add enough water to measure at least 1 inch above eggs.
  • Step #3 Cover up & quickly bring to a boil.
  • Step #4 Remove from heat.
  • Step #5 Let stand covered, in hot water 15 mins.
  • Step #6 Drain.
  • Step #7 Immediately run cold water over eggs or place them in ice water until cooked completely.
  • Step #8 To remove shell, carefully tap each egg all over; & roll between hands to loosen egg shell, & then hold under cold running water as you peel the shell.
  • Step #9 Slice eggs in half lengthwise & carefully remove yolks; mash yolks with a fork.
  • Step #10 Add cream cheese & next 4 ingredients to yolks, stirring until smooth.
  • Step #11 Stir in bacon & spoon into eggs whites.
