Step #1 Place eggs in large saucepan or Dutch oven.
Step #2 Add enough water to measure at least 1 inch above eggs.
Step #3 Cover up & quickly bring to a boil.
Step #4 Remove from heat.
Step #5 Let stand covered, in hot water 15 mins.
Step #6 Drain.
Step #7 Immediately run cold water over eggs or place them in ice water until cooked completely.
Step #8 To remove shell, carefully tap each egg all over; & roll between hands to loosen egg shell, & then hold under cold running water as you peel the shell.
Step #9 Slice eggs in half lengthwise & carefully remove yolks; mash yolks with a fork.
Step #10 Add cream cheese & next 4 ingredients to yolks, stirring until smooth.
