Chinese New Year Chocolate Candy Recipe

Ingredients

4 c chow mein noodles
2 1/2 c dry-roasted peanuts
2 c butterscotch chips
2 c semisweet chocolate chips

Directions

Step #1 Butter a 9x13 inch dish.
Step #2 Melt chocolate & butterscotch chips in the top of a double boiler over simmering water.
Step #3 Remove from heat & stir in the peanuts.
Step #4 Stir in noodles until all is well coated.
Step #5 Press into prepared dish.
Step #6 Chill until set; cut into squares.
Step #7 .
