Ingredients
  • muffin batter .
  • 2 c flour .
  • 1/3 c of melted butter .
  • 1 tsp baking soda .
  • 2 c of sliced peeled apples .
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg .
  • 2 c brown sugar .
  • 1 1/2 c of melted margarine or butter .
  • 1 1/2 tsps cinnamon .
  • 1/2 c of sliced walnuts .
  • 1/8 c flour .
  • 2 tsps baking powder .
  • 1 tsp cinnamon .
  • 1/2 c brown sugar .
  • 1 1/2 tsps vanilla .
  • 1/2 tsp cloves .
  • 1/4 tsp salt .
  • 1/2 c graham cracker crumbs .
  • 1 c sour cream .
  • Topping .
  • 2 eggs

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step #2 Topping:.
  • Step #3 Mix flour, cinnamon, brown sugar, graham crumbs, & butter in separate bowl.
  • Step #4 Set aside.
  • Step #5 Muffins:.
  • Step #6 In a separate large bowl mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, brown sugar, cloves, nutmeg & salt.
  • Step #7 Mix in apples & walnuts to flour mixture.
  • Step #8 In a separate bowl mix eggs, sour cream & melted butter & vanilla.
  • Step #9 Add egg mixture to flour mixture & stir until mixed completely.
  • Step #10 Pour into greased, muffin c until 3/4ths full.
  • Step #11 Add topping to each muffin.
  • Step #12 Bake for 20-25 mins in preheated 350 degree oven.
  • Step #13 Check if they are done with toothpick.
  • Step #14 Bake in preheated oven 350 degrees for 20-25 mins.
  • Step #15 Use toothpick test to check if done.
