Ingredients
  • 1/2 c halved green grapes
  • 2 c finely sliced peeled tart apples
  • 4 c fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1 c whipping cream, whipped
  • 3/4 c sugar
  • 1/2 c sliced nuts
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 c miniature marshmallows

Directions
  • Step #1 Place cranberries in a food processor/blender or mixer; cover & process until finely sliced.
  • Step #2 Transfer to a bowl; add the marshmallows & sugar.
  • Step #3 Cover & put in the fridge for 4 hrs or overnight.
  • Step #4 Just before serving, stir in the the apples, grapes, nuts & salt.
  • Step #5 Fold in whipped cream.
  • Step #6 .
