Directions
Step #1 For dressing, mix the sugar, in a jar with a tight-fitting lid, oil, vinegar & water; shake well.
Step #2 Refrigerate.
Step #3 Prepare french fries according to package directions.
Step #4 Meanwhile, in a small skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray, cook steak strips over med-heat/flame for 8-10 mins or until meat reaches desired doneness.
Step #5 On two salad plates, arrange the lettuce, tomato & onion.
