1 (15 1/2 oz) can great northern beans, rinced & drained .
12 oz Italian turkey sausage links .
1 small onion, sliced .
1 leek, cut into 1-inch strips (small, white portion only) .
1 (10 3/4 oz) can reduced-fat reduced-sodium condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
Directions
Step #1 In a nonstick skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray, cook sausage over med-heat/flame until no longer pink; drain.
Step #2 Let cool & slice.
Step #3 In a large saucepan, onion, mushrooms, whisk together the broth, garlic & herb seasoning, italian seasoning, soup, caraway seeds & fennel seed.
Step #4 Add sausage.
Step #5 Bring to a boil.
Step #6 Reduce heat, uncovered, simmer, for 5 mins.
Step #7 Add beans & leek.
Step #8 Simmer 10 mins longer or until vegetables are tender.
