Ricotta Tart Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (9 inch) pie crusts .
  • 1/2 tsp salt .
  • 1 c ricotta cheese .
  • 1 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese .
  • 2 tbsps salsa .
  • 1/2 tsp pepper .
  • 2 eggs

Directions
  • Step #1 Beat eggs.
  • Step #2 Mix in the cheeses, salsa, salt & pepper.
  • Step #3 Roll out pie crust into a 12 inch circle on a foil wrap-lined pizza sheet.
  • Step #4 Spread mixture on top of crust, leaving 1 inch of edge.
  • Step #5 Fold the 1 inch edge of pie crust over filling.
  • Step #6 Bake at 400F for 22-26 mins, or until golden brown.
  • Step #7 Cool for 5 mins before cutting into slices.
