4 medium boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb total) .
1 tbsp cooklng oil .
2 tsps toasted sesame oil
Directions
Step #1 Combine sesame oil & crushed red pepper; brush over chicken.
Step #2 Grill chicken on the lightly greased rack of an uncovered grill directly over med-heat/flame for 12 to 15 mins or until tender & no longer pink, turning once.
Step #3 Meanwhile, in a small saucepan stir this together sugar, oil, for sauce, peanut butter, soy sauce, garlic & 2 tbsps water.
Step #4 Cook & stir until sugar is dissolved & mixture it hot & smooth.
Step #5 Place split rolls, cut side down, on grill rack to roast during the last min of grilling the chicken.
Step #6 To serve - place broccoli & cooked chicken breasts on bottom halves of rolls; spoon on sauce & top this with radish sprouts (if desired), peanuts (if desired) & top half of roll.
