Step #1 Place bacon in a large, deep skillet.
Step #2 Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown.
Step #3 Drain, crumble & set aside to cool.
Step #4 Prepare the dressing by mixing together the mayonnaise, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, lemon juice, salt & pepper.
Step #5 In a medium bowl, stir this together the chicken breast, tomatoes & bacon.
Step #6 Pour dressing over chicken mixture & toss well to coat.
Step #7 Refrigerate until chilled; serve over lettuce leaves & garnish with avocado slices.
