Red Wine Vinaigrette Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper .
  • 1/2 c olive oil .
  • 1/2 c red wine vinegar .
  • 1 (1 7/8 oz) envelope lipton herb with garlic soup mix .
  • 2 tbsps sliced shallots .
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard .
  • 1 1/2 c vegetable oil

Directions
  • Step #1 In a bowl, mustard, whisk the oils, soup mix, vinegar, shallot, & pepper together.
  • Step #2 The dressing will keep covered, in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  • Step #3 Remove the dressing from the refrigerator 1 hr before using to allow the oil to liquefy.
