  • 1/2 c walnuts .
  • 1/2 c soft butter .
  • 1 tsp vanilla .
  • 1/2 c flour .
  • 1 c sugar .
  • 2 unsweetened chocolate squares, melted .
  • 1/2 tsp salt .
  • 2 eggs .
  • 1 c oatmeal, uncooked

Directions
  • Step #1 Place flour & salt in mixing bowl.
  • Step #2 Add butter, sugar, eggs vanilla & chocolate.
  • Step #3 Beat until smooth, about 2 mins.
  • Step #4 Add oats & walnuts.
  • Step #5 Spread in greased 8x8x2” pan.
  • Step #6 Bake at 350 for about 25 mins.
  • Step #7 Cool in pan.
  • Step #8 Cut into squares & sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
