Cappuccino Angel Food Cake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (16 oz) package angel food cake mix .
  • 1 1/4 c cold water .
  • 2 tbsps instant coffee .
  • 1/4 c miniature semisweet chocolate chips

Directions
  • Step #1 Beat cake mix & water in large mixing bowl at lowish speed for 30 seconds & then on medium speed for one min.
  • Step #2 Gently fold in the coffee granuals & semi-sweet chocolate chips.
  • Step #3 Spoon into ungreased tube pan - spreading evenly.
  • Step #4 Bake at 350 degrees F for 37 mins or until it springs back when touched.
  • Step #5 Cool upside down.
  • Step #6 Loosen edges with a knife.
  • Step #7 Invert onto plate.
