Crab Ceviche Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro, sliced
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 (8 oz) package imitation crabmeat, flaked
  • 2 large tomatoes, sliced
  • 3 serrano peppers, finely sliced
  • 1 red onion, finely sliced

Directions
  • Step #1 Place the shredded imitation crab into a glass or porcelain bowl.
  • Step #2 Plastic or metal are not recommended.
  • Step #3 Stir olive oil into the crabmeat until well coated, then stir in the the cilantro, onion, tomato & serrano peppers.
  • Step #4 Squeeze the lime juice over everything, & mix well.
  • Step #5 Spice up with plenty of salt & pepper.
  • Step #6 Refrigerate for about 1 hr before serving.
