Ingredients
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp distilled white vinegar
  • 2 small tomatoes, coarsely sliced
  • 1/4 c sliced onion
  • 3/4 c cucumber slices, for garnish
  • 2 tbsps mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp celery seed
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/4 c sour cream
  • 2 (15 oz) cans whole kernel corn, drained

Directions
  • Step #1 In a large mixing bowl, mix the corn, cucumbers, onions & tomatoes.
  • Step #2 Prepare the dressing by whisking together the sour cream, vinegar, salt, mayonnaise, mustard & celery seeds.
  • Step #3 Add to corn mixture & toss until all ingredients are evenly coated.
