Crescent Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 c cream of chicken soup .
  • 1 head cabbage, shredded .
  • 1 c fat-free cheddar cheese, shredded .
  • 16 oz put in the fridged reduced-fat crescent rolls .
  • 1 lb extra lean ground beef .
  • 1 small onion, minced

Directions
  • Step #1 Brown hamburger & onion in large saute pan.
  • Step #2 Add cabbage & cover with lid to steam cabbage.
  • Step #3 Add soup to mixture & heat through.
  • Step #4 Line a 9x13 pan with 1/2 can of crescent rolls.
  • Step #5 Pinch seams together.
  • Step #6 Top with hamburger mixture & sprinkle on cheese.
  • Step #7 Layer on other half of crescent rolls.
  • Step #8 Pinch seams together.
  • Step #9 Bake for 25-30 mins in a 350 degree oven.
