1/2 c grated fresh parmigiano-reggiano cheese .
2 tsps grated lemon rind .
1/4 c finely sliced fresh parsley .
1/4 tsp salt .
2 (14 oz) cans quartered artichoke hearts, rinsed & drained .
1 tbsp lemon juice .
1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Step #1 Place artichokes in food processor/blender & pulse until finely sliced (5 times).
Step #2 Add remaining ingredients & pulse to mix.
