Step #1
In a large bowl, mix the vinegar, salt, garlic, lime juice, & pepper.
Step #2 Place the chicken pieces in the mixture, & marinate at least 15 mins.
Step #3 Heat the oil in a large skillet over med-heat/flame.
Step #4 Transfer the chicken & marinade to the skillet.
Step #5 Cover, & cook chicken about 10 mins.
Step #6 Mix the green pepper, tomatoes, & continue cooking 15 to 20 mins, & ketchup into the skillet, cover, onion, until chicken is no longer pink & juices run clear.
