Crock Pot Breakfast Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 tsp salt .
  • 1/2 c milk .
  • 6 eggs .
  • 1/2 medium bell pepper, sliced .
  • 1/2 tsp pepper .
  • 1/2 lb bacon, cooked & crumbled .
  • 1/2 medium onion, sliced .
  • 16 oz hash browns, frozen .
  • 3/4 c cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions
  • Step #1 Place a layer of frozen hash browns on the bottom of the crock pot, followed by a layer of bacon, then onions, bell pepper & cheese.
  • Step #2 Repeat the layering process two more times, ending with a layer of cheese.
  • Step #3 Beat the eggs, milk, salt & pepper together.
  • Step #4 Pour over the crock pot mixture.
  • Step #5 Cover up & cook on low 8-10 hrs.
