Ingredients
1/4 c canola oil
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 1/2 c warm fat free milk (110 to 115 degrees F)
1/4 c sugar
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp dill weed
1 (.25 oz) package active dry yeast
3 c all-purpose flour
Directions
Step #1 In a large mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in warm milk.
Step #2 Stir in 1-1/2 c flour, dill, salt, sugar, egg & oil.
Step #3 Beat until smooth.
Step #4 Beat in enough remaining flour to achieve a slightly sticky, thick batter.
Step #5 Do not knead.
Step #6 Cover & let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 45 mins.
Step #7 Spoon batter into muffin c coated with nonstick cooking spray.
Step #8 Cover & let rise until doubled, about 30 mins.
Step #9 Bake at 400F degrees F for 13-18 mins or until golden brown.
Step #10 Remove from pans to wire racks.
Step #11 Serve warm.
