Ingredients
1 tbsp sugar (or Splenda) .
4 boneless pork loin chops (3/4-inch-thick) .
2 tbsps soy sauce .
1 tsp minced garlic .
1 c canned low sodium chicken broth .
1 tbsp vegetable oil .
2 tbsps dry white wine .
2 green onions, sliced .
2 tsps minced fresh ginger
Directions
Step #1 Combine chicken broth, sugar, soy sauce, wine, ginger & garlic in shallow glass dish; whisk to mix.
Step #2 Add pork & turn to coat.
Step #3 Refrigerate at least 30 mins & up to 3 hrs.
Step #4 Heat oil in heavy large skillet over medium-high heat.
Step #5 Drain pork & reserve marinade.
Step #6 Add pork to skillet & sauté until cooked through, about 5 mins per side.
Step #7 Transfer pork to platter.
Step #8 Add marinade & green onions to same skillet.
Step #9 Boil until reduced to glaze, about 1 min.
Step #10 Spoon glaze over pork.
