Chicken And Dumplingsii Recipe

Ingredients
  • 6 boneless chicken thighs
  • 2 (10.75 oz) cans condensed cream of celery soup
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 (12 oz) package put in the fridged biscuit dough

Directions
  • Step #1 In a large pot over high heat, mix the chicken with enough water to cover, & boil for 15 to 20 mins.
  • Step #2 Drain some of the water from the pot, reserving 3 c in the pot.
  • Step #3 Remove chicken & allow it to cool, then pull it apart into bite size pieces; return to pot.
  • Step #4 Reduce heat to medium, & add the cans of condensed soup.
  • Step #5 Spice up with salt & pepper.
  • Step #6 Pull the biscuit dough into pieces, & add to the soup.
  • Step #7 Simmer over med-heat/flame for 7 to 8 mins, or until the dough is cooked through.
