Clayton's Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 6 pork chops
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1 (6 oz) can French-fried onions

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Step #2 Place pork chops in a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  • Step #3 Add the mushroom & celery soups.
  • Step #4 Stir to coat the pork chops.
  • Step #5 Bake in preheated oven for 45 mins, until meat is no longer pink inside & thermometer reads 160 to 170 degrees F (71 to 77 degrees C).
  • Step #6 Remove from oven & stir sour cream into soup mixture.
  • Step #7 Sprinkle top with French-fried onions.
  • Step #8 Serve as soon as possible.
