Ingredients
  • 2 tsps cinnamon .
  • 1/4 c whipped light cottage cheese .
  • 2 bananas, sliced .
  • 4 small mini whole wheat pita bread .
  • 3 tsps Splenda sugar substitute

Directions
  • Step #1 split open pitas.
  • Step #2 heat in microwave for 10 seconds.
  • Step #3 spread some cottage cheese on pita.
  • Step #4 top this with sliced bananas.
  • Step #5 spinkle splenda & cinnamon.
  • Step #6 place top back on pita.
  • Step #7 place this in toaster oven or broiler for about 2-3 mins.
  • Step #8 serve & enjoy.
