Ingredients
1 (14.5 oz) can chicken broth
4 tbsps vegetable oil
2 bunches green onion, sliced
1 large onion, sliced
2 stalks celery, sliced
1 lb crawfish, peeled
1 tsp tomato paste
2 tbsps cornstarch
1/4 c sliced green bell pepper
1/2 c butter
1 tbsp water
Directions
Step #1 Heat oil & butter in a large skillet over medium high heat.
Step #2 Stir in onion, green onion, green pepper & celery; cook this until transparent.
Step #3 Mix in crawfish & tomato paste; cook for 10 mins.
Step #4 Pour chicken broth into skillet.
Step #5 In a small bowl, dissolve cornstarch in water.
Step #6 Stir dissolved cornstarch into crawfish mixture & cook this until thickened, about 35 mins.
