Step #1 Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Step #2 Combine crust ingredients & press firmly into the bottom of a 9 x 13" baking pan.
Step #3 Bake for 15 mins.
Step #4 Cool completely.
Step #5 Combine pudding mix with milk, stirring till smooth.
Step #6 Set aside.
Step #7 Spread kiwi slices evenly over crust.
Step #8 Whip cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
Step #9 Fold in 1 c whipped topping.
Step #10 Spread over kiwi layer.
Step #11 Spoon pudding evenly over cream cheese layer.
Step #12 Add another layer of whipped topping (piping is easiest) Chill until set.
Step #13 Cut into pieces & garnish with more kiwi slices.
