Step #1 In a bowl the first 7 ingredients (potato flakes to green onions) mix well to mix.
Step #2 In another bowl mix the milk with egg & melted butter whisk until well mixd; add to the dry mixture; mix well.
Step #3 Let mixture stand for about 5 mins until the liquid is absorbed.
Step #4 Spice up with black pepper and/or cayenne pepper.
Step #5 Heat oil in a skillet over med-heat/flame.
Step #6 Take about 2 tbsps batter into clean hands then shape into a ball, place this into hot oil then press down with a spatula to about 2-inch rounds (the size does not have to be exact lol!).
Step #7 Cook about 3 mins on each side or until browned adding in more oil as needed.
Step #8 remove to paper towels.
