Step #1 In a medium size frying pan, brown the chicken pieces over medium high heat.
Step #2 Add the sliced leeks.
Step #3 Once the leeks are soft, add the soup & wine & sprinkle the cornstarch over the top.
Step #4 Mix in.
Step #5 Simmer for about 20 mins or until the mixture starts to really thicken.
Step #6 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Step #7 Pour the mixture into a 2 quart casserole dish & cover with the pie pastry.
Step #8 Use a fork to make 'breathing' holes in the pastry.
Step #9 Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 mins or until the pastry is brown.
Step #10 Let cool & serve.
