Blackberry Breakfast Cobbler Recipe

Ingredients
  • frozen whipped topping, thawed .
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch .
  • 1 (8 oz) package put in the fridged cinnamon rolls .
  • 1 (15 oz) can blackberries, drained & juice reserved .
  • Garnish .
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Directions
  • Step #1 In a mixing bowl, dissolve cornstarch in reserved juice; add berries & lemon juice.
  • Step #2 Mix well; spoon into a greased 8 X 8-inch baking pan.
  • Step #3 Set aside.
  • Step #4 Separate cinnamon rolls; arrange over blackberry mixture.
  • Step #5 Bake at 400F degrees for 15 to 20 mins, until golden & sauce is bubbly.
  • Step #6 Garnish with a dollop of whipped topping.
