Spinach Onion Souffle Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 large eggs .
  • 1 tsp pepper .
  • 2 oz non-fat cooking spray .
  • 3 large onions, sliced thinly .
  • 1 c fat free sour cream .
  • 2 tbsps flour .
  • 1 tbsp horseradish .
  • 1 tsp caraway seeds .
  • 1 tsp salt .
  • 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed (water squeezed out)

Directions
  • Step #1 Saute onions in cooking spray until limp & golden; cool slightly.
  • Step #2 In a mixer mix sour cream & eggs until well mixed.
  • Step #3 Add the last six ingredients of the recipe; stir this to mix well.
  • Step #4 Pour into a well-greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
  • Step #5 Bake at 350 degrees for 45 mins to an hr, until the edges are slightly browned.
