County Fair Pie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 c coarsely sliced walnuts
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1 c semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pastry shell
  • 1 c butter, softened
  • 1/2 c butterscotch chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c all-purpose flour

Directions
  • Step #1 In a mixing bowl, sugar, flour, beat the butter, eggs, & vanilla until well mixed.
  • Step #2 Stir in nuts & chips.
  • Step #3 Pour into pie shell.
  • Step #4 Bake at 325F degrees F for 1 hr or until golden brown.
  • Step #5 Cool on a wire rack.
