Directions

Step #1 Cook the noodles according to package directions, omitting the salt.
Step #2 Drain well & return to the cooking pot.
Step #3 In a food processor/blender or mixer, yogurt, mix ricotta cheese, Romano cheese, & butter; mix.
Step #4 Add the cheese mixture to the cooked fettuccini & toss to coat.
Step #5 Add fresh ground black pepper.
Step #6 Serve warm & sprinkle with remaining Romano & more ground pepper to taste.
