Baked Spaghetti Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 c water .
  • 1 c green peppers, sliced .
  • 1 lb ground beef, cooked & drained .
  • 1/4 c parmesan cheese .
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted .
  • 1 c onions, sliced .
  • 1 (28 oz) can tomatoes, with liquid cut up .
  • 2 c cheddar cheese, shredded .
  • 1 (2 1/4 oz) can sliced ripe olives, drained .
  • 1 (4 oz) can mushroom stems & pieces, drained .
  • 2 tsps dried oregano .
  • 1 tbsp butter

Directions
  • Step #1 In a large skillet sauté onion & green pepper in butter until tender.
  • Step #2 Add ground beef, if used, & let simmer uncovered, for 10 mins.
  • Step #3 Place half of spaghetti in a greased 13x9x2 inches baking dish.
  • Step #4 Top with half the vegetable mixture.
  • Step #5 Sprinkle top with 1 c of the Cheddar Cheese.
  • Step #6 Repeat layers.
  • Step #7 Mix the soup & water until smooth, pour over casserole.
  • Step #8 Sprinkle top with Parmesan Cheese.
  • Step #9 Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30-35 mins or until heated through.
