Swiss Eggs Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp mustard powder .
  • 1/4 tsp salt .
  • 2 tbsps butter .
  • 1/2 c cream .
  • 1 1/2 c cheddar cheese, shredded .
  • 8 eggs

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 325F degrees F.
  • Step #2 Sprinkle top cheese in 11x7", or 9x9" glass baking dish & dot with butter.
  • Step #3 In small bowl, mix cream, mustard powder & salt; pour half of mixture into baking dish on top of cheese & butter.
  • Step #4 In medium bowl, beat eggs until frothy.
  • Step #5 Pour into baking dish.
  • Step #6 Drizzle remaining cream mixture over eggs.
  • Step #7 Bake at 325F degrees for 20-25 mins until puffed & just beginning to brown.
