Step #1 Place all of the above ingredients into a 1 qt sauce pan over med-heat/flame.
Step #2 Bring to a boil & hold the boil for 3 min
Then reduce the heat to a simmer for 20 min This allows the raisins to really plump up!
This may be served over the ham or on the side.
Step #3 Or with anything else you might like the cherry raisins sauce on as well.
