"no Egg" Tomato Soup Cake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c chocolate chips (optional) .
  • 1/4 tsp salt .
  • 1/2 c raisins (optional) .
  • 1/2 c butter .
  • 1 tsp nutmeg .
  • 1 tsp baking soda .
  • 1/4 c water .
  • 1 tsp ground cloves .
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz) can tomato soup .
  • 1 tsp cloves .
  • Cream together .
  • 2 c flour .
  • 1 tsp cinnamon .
  • 1 c white sugar

Directions
  • Step #1 Cream butter & sugar together.
  • Step #2 Add tomato soup.
  • Step #3 Add water, rinsing can.
  • Step #4 Sift dry ingredients together.
  • Step #5 Add dry ingredients to creamed product.
  • Step #6 Spray generously loaf pan with butter & flour spray.
  • Step #7 Pour batter into pan.
  • Step #8 Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr.
  • Step #9 Let cool for 10 mins & remove this from pan.
