Cheesy Artichoke Cups Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 c sliced red bell peppers .
  • 1/3 c sliced pitted ripe olives .
  • 1/2 c mayonnaise .
  • 1 garlic clove, pressed .
  • 1/4 c shredded parmesan cheese .
  • 24 small about 3-inch square wonton wrappers .
  • 2 (6 1/2 oz) jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350°F Press wonton wrappers into lightly greased mini-muffin c.
  • Step #2 Pat artichoke hearts dry; chop & place this in medium bowl.
  • Step #3 Add mayonaise, cheese, & garlic; mix well.
  • Step #4 Stir in olives & bell pepper.
  • Step #5 Spoon into prepared muffin c.
  • Step #6 Bake 12-14 mins or until lightly browned.
  • Step #7 Remove from oven; cool in pan 2 mins before carefully removing from pan.
  • Step #8 Serve warm.
