Peanut Butter & Hot Fudge Pudding Cake (crock Pot) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c sugar .
  • 1/4 c peanut butter .
  • 1/2 c all-purpose flour .
  • 1/3 c milk .
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil .
  • vanilla ice cream .
  • 1 c boiling water .
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla .
  • hot fudge .
  • 3 tbsps unsweetened cocoa powder .
  • nuts (optional) .
  • 1/4 c sugar .
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder

Directions
  • Step #1 In a medium bowl, mix flour, 1/4 c sugar & baking powder.
  • Step #2 Add milk, oil & vanilla; stir until smooth.
  • Step #3 Mix in peanut butter.
  • Step #4 Pour into crock pot.
  • Step #5 In the same mixing bowl, stir this together the 1/2 c sugar & cocoa powder.
  • Step #6 Gradually stir in the boiling water.
  • Step #7 Pour mixture over batter in crock pot.
  • Step #8 Do not stir.
  • Step #9 Cover up & cook on high 2 to 3 hrs or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Step #10 Serve warm with vanilla ice cream, hot fudge.
