• 50 ml beer .
• 25 g butter .
• 4 spring onions, thinly sliced .
• 2 tsps mustard .
• 4 slices white bread .
• 250 g grated cheddar cheese

• Step #1 Melt butter & fry spring onions for 5 mins until soft.
• Step #2 Turn down heat & add cheese, beer & mustard.
• Step #3 Spice up with black pepper & allow the mixture to mix & melt.
• Step #4 Toast the bread.
• Step #5 Pour over the cheese mix.
• Step #6 Grill until golden & bubbly.
