Easy Chicken Pie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 chicken breast, boiled & cubed .
  • 1 (10 oz) jar chicken gravy .
  • 1 (15 oz) package Pillsbury ready made pie dough (2 count) .
  • 1 (10 oz) package frozen mixed vegetables .
  • 1 (10 oz) can cream of chicken soup

Directions
  • Step #1 preheat your trusty oven to 400F degrees.
  • Step #2 In medium sized bowl mix can of cream of chicken soup with jar of chicken gravy.
  • Step #3 place bottom crust in 9 inch pie pan.
  • Step #4 if you want to use a 10 inch pan you can roll the crust out a bit bigger.
  • Step #5 place chicken into crust.
  • Step #6 sprinkle frozen veggies over top.
  • Step #7 the whole bag won't fit.
  • Step #8 pour gravy mixture over top.
  • Step #9 top this with the other pie crust, seal the edges.
  • Step #10 make a few holes with a fork for steam to escape.
  • Step #11 bake this at 400F degrees on bottom rack for 45-50 mins until top crust is very brown & gravy is bubbling.
  • Step #12 *If you do not bake on bottom rack your bottom crust will be soggy*.
